Bax is seeking a communications/marketing intern to join our Healthy Cities team in the Barcelona office, supporting the team in website maintenance, social media, graphic design and document layout.

Key Responsibilities include: - Website: keep the website updated based on information provided by the team. - Social media: Maintain LinkedIn with 1-2 posts per week and propose content. - Graphic design: Produce graphic outputs to support deliverables and reports. - Layout of documents: Support the team to produce high quality presentations and documents. - Corporate design: Develop new templates and graphics as needed.

We are looking for a curious, proactive, and driven individual with a high level of English who is eager to learn and apply design skills on the job. - Background and profile: We are looking for a dedicated, creative student currently studying Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design or similar. We seek candidates close to graduation and eager to grow their portfolio of work in the field of sustainability. An interest in sustainability-related topics would be valued. - Languages: proficiency in English, both written and oral, is essential (almost all our assignments are performed in English). Fluency in Spanish / Catalan. - Hard skills: Proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator), Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word), WordPress, Canva and Eventbrite is required. Photography, videography and other related skills are a plus. - Soft skills: we expect a great deal of autonomy and proactivity in this role, being able to communicate professionally with consultants and clients, and managing and leading your own tasks.
