RFP – BICI Data and Metrics Consultant

GDCI requests proposals from consultants with specializations working in mobility and spatial data and related analysis to work with the Bloomberg Initiative for Cycling Infrastructure (BICI) program. As part of the program, GDCI receives data of various types from each city, which requires review, organization, cleaning, and analysis to translate the information into useful findings for the program and to benchmark progress toward program goals. The consultant will conduct tasks relating to program research and background, team coordination and meetings, data coordination and management, data analysis, and coordination of findings and reporting.
