About the Role

As a Junior Business Developer, your main responsibility will be to pursue new market opportunities and develop new clients in the public and semi-public sectors. In doing so, you will create new networks and draw on existing networks. You will follow projects independently from acquisition to implementation, manage external service providers and ensure the final installation of the charging infrastructure. You will use the knowledge gained to improve processes and internal procedures. You will contribute new ideas for markets and product adaptations. In a highly volatile environment with flexible work structures, the goal of your work will also be to support colleagues and external contacts with competent advice at all times so that we can make the best possible decisions in our market.

What You're Gonna Do

Business development with customer acquisition and network maintenance. Responsibility for projects up to completion and strategic further development of existing existing internal processes. Improve relevant development processes (site acquisition, customer care, understanding local conditions, obtaining quotations for civil engineering and maintenance companies and commissioning them, etc.) and the resulting meaningful variance analyses/analysis of weak points and their presentation. Implementation of innovative solutions. Supporting the foreign representatives in their approach to customer acquisition and project implementation. Project realisation. Preparation of decisions and support during implementation.

About You

Successfully completed studies/training, practical experience in working with public institutions an advantage. Ideally knowledge of relevant decision-making processes for public building projects, project implementation and negotiations. Experience with agile working methods and working in a self-determined organisation without hierarchical levels is an advantage. Confidence in project design and in dealing with service providers. High analytical, conceptual and organisational skills. High degree of flexibility, reliability, self-reliance and diligence with self-confidence to adherence to commitments. Personality with strong interdisciplinary skills but also hands-on mentality. Pragmatic problem-solving approach and goal-oriented way of working. Good knowledge of MS Office. Team player with a very high level of communication skills. Experience in working in intercultural teams. Fluent written and spoken German and very good English skills.
