Topotek 1 is looking for experienced and committed Bid Manager (m/f/d) to support our project acquisition in full-time. [DE] Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen erfahrenen und engagierten Bid-Manager (m/w/d) für die Unterstützung der Projektakquise in Vollzeit.

In this position, you will support the Head of PR and Communications in all aspects of TOPOTEK 1's day-to-day public relations work. Your tasks will include the following: - Examination and evaluation of procedure- and offer-specific requirements and framework conditions. - Compilation of complex information relevant to the procedure - Structured planning and implementation of application and bidding processes - Communicating with other planners involved in the process and coordinating their deliverables - Preparation and layout of application documents, presentations and concept documents - Compilation of offers including content and costs/calculation in consultation with the office management [DE] Sie sind verantwortlich für die Recherche und Bearbeitung nationaler und internationaler Wettbewerbs-, Vergabe- und Angebotsverfahren. Insbesondere zählen dazu die folgenden Aufgaben: - Die Prüfung und Evaluation verfahrens- und angebotsspezifischer Anforderungen und Rahmenbedingungen - Die Aufbereitung komplexer verfahrensrelevanter Informationen zur Entscheidungsfindung - Die strukturierte Planung und Durchführung von Bewerbungs- und Angebotsprozessen - Die Kommunikation mit an Verfahren beteiligten Fachplanern sowie die Koordination ihrer Beiträge - Die gestaltungssichere Erstellung von Bewerbungsunterlagen, Präsentationen und Konzeptdokumenten - Die inhaltliche und kalkulatorische Ausarbeitung von Angeboten in Absprache mit der Geschäftsführung

- A successfully completed degree in architecture or landscape architecture, alternatively a degree in a commercial field - Good knowledge of planning/construction projects, of the HOAI or the motivation to familiarise yourself with these fields - Experience in the management of bidding procedures, ideally specific experience in the fields of architecture, landscape architecture and urban planning - Strong communication skills, motivated in interacting with project partners and clients - Careful working approach and confidence in dealing with figures - Confident handling of MS Office as well as Adobe and CAD programmes, ideally also with web-based tendering platforms - **Fluent in written and spoken German and English** [DE] - Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Architektur- bzw. Landschaftsarchitektur, alternativ eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein kaufmännisches Studium - Gute Kenntnisse der Abläufe von Bauprojekten / der HOAI oder die Motivation, sich in diese einzuarbeiten - Erfahrung im Verfahrensmanagement und mit Angebots- und Ausschreibungsprozessen, idealerweise branchenspezifische Erfahrung aus den Bereichen Architektur, Landschaftsarchitektur und Stadtplanung - Starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten, Freude am Austausch mit Projektpartnern und Auftraggebern - Eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise und Sicherheit im Umgang mit Zahlen - Ein sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office sowie Adobe und CAD-Programmen, idealerweise auch mit webbasierten Ausschreibungsplattformen - **Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift**
