So we created Urban Campus, with the ambition to become leader in community based living in Europe. We develop and operate 6-10,000 m² campuses in up-and-coming neighborhoods in main European cities. Each offer a mixture of living, working, and social spaces. But more than anything, we build and support a community of passionate and engaged personalities, eager to experiment new ways to grow together, on both the professional and personal level. We activate our community through events, activities, project incubation and education. We have one live campus open in Madrid and more than 30 projects at different stages of negotiation.

The position as Real estate business development intern at Urban Campus is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated student to perform a wide range of tasks to support the Real estate business development team. The position is based in Paris and will report to the Head of campus management.

- Assist in evaluating potential new development sites from zoning, market and financial feasibility: * Market and financial analysis * Site visits * Conduct feasibility studies * Provide market-based facility programs and recommendations for new Urban Campus development projects. * Prepare business plans for future developments in Europe * Preparation of supports for the Real estate business development team, the Board and Urban Campus partners - Maintain development database and pipeline reports - Assist in the negotiation process for new project - Side projects to improve the overall team's efficiency and knowledge base
