About the Role
Senior Designer (Architect/Technologist)
We're looking for a Senior Designer. Resi bring technology to an industry dominated by email, phone calls and spreadsheets. That means we can offer professional grade architecture packages to our customers 10x faster and 10x cheaper than a traditional architect.
What You're Gonna Do
- Producing architectural drawings (planning and/or building regulation)
- Communicating with clients
- Coordinating consultants (engineers/drainage/party-wall etc.)

About You
- Excellent CAD skills – MicroStation, SketchUp is preferable (experience with Revit / archicad is beneficial)
- Excellent technical/building regulations knowledge
- A solid understanding of design
three to five years’ within the residential sector – vital. If you wish to include examples of your work, please include your residential work
