Product strategy & development 3. Customer experience You will be responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of strategic initiatives in relation to the MINI Living brand, its products and services * Special focus lies on the development of the MINI Living-specific approach along the entire customer journey across all touchpoints* You will work to improve MINI Living's offering, and develop new innovative initiatives to strengthen and positioning the brand * You will be the linchpin that connects MINI Global to MINI Living Shanghai * You will build strong relationships with multiple partners to ensure brand alignment and to appropriately translate our global strategy into a local context. QUALIFICATIONS.
