What You're Gonna Do
The role focuses on three key things:
1. Product leadership
2. Product strategy & development
3. Customer experience
You will be responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of strategic initiatives in relation to the MINI Living brand, its products and services
* Special focus lies on the development of the MINI Living-specific approach along the entire customer journey across all touchpoints
* You will work to improve MINI Living's offering, and develop new innovative initiatives to strengthen and positioning the brand
* You will be the linchpin that connects MINI Global to MINI Living Shanghai
* You will build strong relationships with multiple partners to ensure brand alignment and to appropriately translate our global strategy into a local context.
- Proficient level of written and spoken English & Mandarin required
- 5-8 years of relevant industry experience, developing & delivering brand ventures
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Multiple years of experience living and working in China is required
- Exceptional communicator and relationship-builder
